On March 25, 2026, in Hanoi, the National Data Center organized a seminar on the “National Database Development Project”. The event was attended by senior leaders, experts, scientists, and representatives from ministries, agencies, localities, organizations, and enterprises. Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong, Director of the National Data Center, was present and chaired the seminar.

On June 16, 2026, the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department, in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province, the Department of Internal Affairs, and the Ninh Binh Provincial Branch of the Social Policy Bank, organized a conference to sign the cooperation program "Receiving and assisting former prisoners returning to their localities to continue their dreams and build their lives," the coordination regulations for implementing Decision No. 22/2023/QD-TTg and Decision No. 08/2026/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, and organized a job counseling and career orientation session for former prisoners and those granted amnesty in 2026.

On the afternoon of June 16, 2026, in Hanoi, Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Deputy Minister of Public Security, chaired a working session with units, academies, and schools of the People's Public Security Force (CAND) regarding the 2026 CAND recruitment process. The working session was connected online to local police departments.

To commemorate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on the morning of May 21, 2026, the People's Committee of Cai Ngang commune, Vinh Long province, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Kinh Ngay bridge in Hamlet 7. This is a practical public works project that will help meet the transportation and trade needs of local people. The project is being implemented thanks to the support and coordination of the Vietnam People's Police Veterans Association and sponsors, with a total cost of nearly 2 billion VND.

On August 24–25, 2025, the Party Committee of Dong Thap Provincial Police solemnly held its First Congress of Delegates for the 2025–2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Lam, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, together with Comrade Le Quoc Phong, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee.

On April 8, 2026, in Hanoi, the National Data Center organized the First Meeting of the National Data Development Fund. The session was chaired by Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong, Director of the National Data Center and Director of the National Data Development Fund, with the participation of delegates and representatives from relevant units.

On the morning of April 9, 2026, in Hanoi, the National Data Center organized a seminar to collect feedback on the Draft Decree on Administrative Sanctions in the Field of Data. The seminar was chaired by Colonel Pham Minh Tien, Deputy Director of the National Data Center.
